Shiny bumps on penis head

Talked to 4 doctors online who told me they were papules, idk if im spelling that correct or they told me it was fordyce spots but not anything involved with infection, I also went and had a visual checkup with doctor who told me it was PPP, Would you guys agree? i felt it look like Litchen planus from my self diagnoses but just curious, the bump under my penis near my balls is new none of these bumps itch or hurt and it doesnt burn to pee, ive felt like ive always realized a skin discolored on the left side where the bumps are located througout my highschool yeah and was worried months ago as i noticed skin changes that i googled and looked like PPP at the time im pretty sure thats what they said it was or that they told me it was just normal skin viriations but doctor told me people around my age (19) began too develope PPP and that this was indeed PPP, I just would like other suggestions and quick responses as im worrying still even though i shouldnt i feel these have became noticable this past month or soo as i may have had them but never really paid attention to them, they get more noticable when im erect. They are shiny when a light is on it and seem to have a little tint white in them not alot at all! Thanksimage
