Shiny / pearly elevated bumps on penis

So I noticed maybe like a year or two ago that i had these red / pinking bumps on the skin near the tip of my penis ( frenulum ). Can someone tell me what these. Ive been worried for a long time.

sn: they do not burn or itch and ive never had any sort of sexual intercourse before ever

    Dear jacob,

    I think you may be referring to Tyson's glands, which are on either side of the frenulum. They are specialised sebaceous glands, reputed to secrete pheromones (sexual attractant chemicals). Leave them alone- they are normal penile anatomy.
