Following THR I have a 1cm leg length discrepancy. Can anyone please recommend a shoe insert to correct this. I had a look on Amazon and the choices are baffling ! Thank you.

i was told by a chiropracter you need a shoe insert half the discrepancy so for a 1cm leg length difference shoe insert 0.5cm.

Thank you for this useful information. I've looked into this and the half size is to gradually correct the discrepancy - something my consultant didn't even tell me !
