Shoe Inserts for Fused Ankles.

I'm 11 weeks post fusion surgery. Any suggestion for good shoe inserts.

    Hi

    I am 13 weeks post fusion surgery of my right ankle. I walk quite comfortably without any inserts and free of any pain apart for some tenderness at my Achilles tendon area, which should clear up soon.

    I suggest you visit a reputable Orthotist & Prosthetist and have them look at your alignment etc. and then let them decide on the correct insert, if needed.

    I weir one on my left (TAR) foot and it helps a lot.
