Hi Rebecca im 7 months post op I'm on my feet at work at least 8 hours a day I really struggled with shoes at first then I discovered sketchers I got sketcher socks (just called socks coz that's what it feels like your wearing) they are a bit ugly but they are so comfy they also do a dolly shoe type depends what you need but they have been the best thing for me hope you get sorted .

Ha great minds think alike star , the ones I got didn't have memory foam but I did look at them I think I might have to invest in a pair coz the sketchers sock shoes are really comfy not cheap but worth it .

Definite the most comfortable . The memory foam makes a big difference as it cushions the ball if the foot And toes. They are great.

before my surgery I have always 1 Skechers so sounds like I'm just going to need to invest in a new pair even though the ones I have right now or only about 2 months.old I'm sure I'll need maybe a size bigger a little bit wider

I havent had much swelling at all until yesterday i had to go shopping for my little girls birthday and honestly my foot was a mess....so sore and like a balloon! Im a little worried as i start back college end of august and will be on my foot all day.....i also will be investing in sketchers the memory foam ones i think so i hope i will be ok. But my foot looks a lot skinnier than my other foot (i still have a bunion on my left foot) so i dont know if my foot that ive had done will have changed size do you know?? Xx
