During july-16, I was lifting weight and sudden start pain in my right solder. I consulted orthopedic surgeon. He examines me and x-ray diagnosed frozen solder. He treated me by four injection in solder joint and meditation during two months. After above treatment my arm movement was improved and I was able to move my arm up and back. Pain was also reducing. But in oct-16 I fall down and my same solder was injured. I take mediation and physio therapy in govt. and private Hospital for two months but no improvement. After MRI report he advice for arthroscopy surgery. Report attached herewith. I am 73 years old. I can lift my hand up to chest. I cannot move my hand back. Pain is tolerable but many times it increase. I'm interested to hear others experiences for his medical, physio therapy treatment, surgery and post surgery problems. How without surgery improvement can achieve? Please do needful.

Hello,I was assaulted by a student on my job, and after many incidents, I started having more and more pain in my arm and shoulder by sometime in Feb. The end of Feb. I ended up calling my doctor's office, because the pain got really bad, and I knew something kust wasn't right! My doctor thought it was my rotator cuff, so she sent me to see a colleague of her's who was a sports doctor. I ended up getting a cortisone injection which lasted several days; maybe a week, and was off of work about a week, and pain started up again. I even went to the ER once or twice and that doctor also said it was my rotator cuff & needed a MRI. I had the MRI in May, and it showed the same thing yours showed. I went to see an Orthopedic Dr. who sent me to therapy, after several weeks of therapy, it wasn't getting better so I went back to my Orthopedic Dr. and realized I needed surgery. I had surgery on Aug. 18th of last year, and doctor found out it was worse than what he thought! I had a torn rotator cuff, had to repair my socket, and had to cut and repair my biceps all on right side; which I'm right handed! Therapy was going ok, but still had some pain, then around the end of October I started having some neck pain on the same side. As time went on, the pain just got worse, and the doctor thought it was coming from my shoulder so had to go see a spine doctor on Jan. 3rd. Je also felt it was due to my shoulder, so he ordered a MRI of my neck and shoulder. Well I've been going back and forth about the MRI for my neck, and this Wed. it was finally approved by WC. I had the MRI for my shoulder, but won't know for sure about results til I see my Orthopedic Dr on the 15th. I take MRI for my neck on Monday. This has been a very long and painful process!! I've been so stressed out and frustrated!! You need to talk to your doctor, and see if you can have the surgery, and do therapy before and after surgery. Maybe the longer you wait, the worse it can be! Mine's was called SLAP surgery. I'm also closer to the Lord than I used to be, and He helps me get through all this pain! Without Him, I don't know where I would be! Please keep us informed to what the next step is. Keeping you in prayer!
