Shooting pain in my head

I've been getting a pain in the same spot at the back of my head for months now. I feel sick/nauseous all the time, have lost a lot of weight and when I stand up I see stars and sometimes complete darkness for a few seconds. I'm really worried and have been referred to a neurologist by my GP but I'm worried it's going to take too long and I'll die. I have really bad anxiety which makes it worse and I can't stop thinking about it. I don't really know what I'm writing to hear, but I just needed to get it off my chest because I don't want to worry the people around me.

I'm not sure what's causing you to become so nauseous, but you will figure that out with your doctor. In regards to seeing stars or just pitch black, I can definitely relate. When I don't eat enough I too have these symptoms. You need to try and eat more. Please know that you will not die. Your anxiety is causing you to worry too much. Try your best to stay calm, avoid these terrible thoughts of yours. You will figure this out very soon. Just know that these symptoms are normal for somebody who doesn't eat enough. I hope you feel better soon, take care. x
