My back is still not good Im taking it easy today, and hoping it will right itself. if not will have to have word with my gp.Take care very gentle hug x

Thank you hope you have a good week too. Sorry to hear about your back, I suffer frequently from sore backs too, problem with the discs. My remedy is a day on the couch with endless hot water bottles. Do you have good back cushions/ support when you are sitting like at the computer or in the car? xxx

Morning Meg I have cocoyx cushion for the car, as I get alot of in my coxcix excuse spelling brain in reverse today. Im going to have alook on line today to see what I can get for the car and home. Travelling in the car is sheer agony at the moment not plesent at all. At home I dont have cushions but their not very comfortable.I love my hot water bottles they get alot of use so do my wheat bags.I rest my laptop on my lap on the setteeI I have to sit forward as I cant stand anything on my back as it hurts, that includes clothes at the min. Im finding clothes painful to wear. Im thinking of joining a nudiest camp. Take care Meg hope you have agood day and week, with not tooo much pain xx 

Hi Kaz, just seen this comment, it has been a busy couple of days, including visit to the dreaded dentist

I have special back cushions, I was recommended by my physiotherapist, you can buy them online. As they are medically recommended I presume I can mention them here, if not I will send you a private message. They are called the McKenzie Superroll and you can search online to find stockists.

I know what you mean about supersensitive skin and joints, I can only wear the softest fabrics, its a nightmare. I must admit Mr Lyrica is the only thing keeping me sane at present. xxx

Hi Meg thank you hun for the info on the back cushions I will look it up. I really need something for my back struggling to go out in the car at the min. As its painful with my back Ive got to get something to help with it. Looks well when wearing clothes is painful. Im thinking of joing a nudiest colony Take care meg xx
