Hi Betty, yes the dreaded menopause strikes again! It's all hormonal so don't panic. I have had all those symptoms and so many more. What are you taking to relieve your symptoms? X

Hi Betty o think all us women on this forum at some point through menopause have had the heart palpitations and racing heart . It’s very scary at the time and can last for weeks . I was given propanadol from the doctors and to use it when I needed it . It really did help me through , think it is the worse symptom of menopause. Hang in there and keep us posted  💕

I have had the palpatations and the shortness of breath amongst A LOT of other weird symptoms over the past year and a half. The palpatations were normal, I did have it checked out by the dr. I think they are both hormone and anxiety related. Hugs to you!

Hi betty, I also have the shortness of breath with my perimenopause, it usually gets me after eating, and then I need to belch, it also happens more in the warm months, so I'm starting it again for the last month or so.. Its really a scary uncomfortable symptom, but then again these symptoms that come and go are all so scary and just strange,,who'd of ever thought we'd be experiencing such strange weird debilitating symptoms..maybe try something for gas and belching, some sips of clear pop too to bring out the trapped gas usually does the trick.. Hope your feeling much better soon, ?

I've had that symptom too. It was so strange, like I couldn't get enough breath in my lungs. It did go away.
