Shortness of Breath, Head Pressure, Ear Popping

Hi, Ive been in and out of this forum the last month.

I got diagnosed with an ear infection after having flu-like symptoms in January.

It started off with:

  1. Vertigo
  2. Ear fullness
  3. Facial tension
  4. Heart Palpitations

But now its altering, keeping some symptoms while developing new ones

  1. No more Vertigo
  2. Heavy Heavy Head Pressure
  3. Lightheaded (especially when i lean forward, stand up)
  4. Still some ear pressure
  5. Shortness of breath
  6. Throbbing, cold fingers / feet
  7. Fatigue, fatigue
  8. Loud, startling sounds make me fee lightheaded

NO COUGH, NO MUCUS

The shortness of breath has developed from the last 3-4 days. I can take a breath but I feel like I cant get a full breath nor exhale. I feel like I need to burp or dry heave to get more air

I was having a little anxiety and panic attacks a month ago but now Im more frustrated, if anything.

I would also go to the doctor but with my health insurance, and the Covid-19 taking over hospitals, it would be hard for me to get a referral to a specialist let alone see my doctor who has yet to figure it out.

I took a comprehensive blood test. All fine. No MRI, no CT Scan.

Anyone have any clue to what may be causing me these problems the last few months especially the shortness of breath Ive developed?

ive never been sick for over a month

Any advice would be amazing

Anxiety can cause all sorts of breathing problems. The others sound really unpleasant to have inner ear infection still raging?

I know the doctors to say its an inner ear infection and anxiety.

The thing is I never had ear infections growing up nor did I think I suffer from anxiety.

I've had anxious moments but nothing thats got me messed up like how i feel now.

My main clue is that vertigo started after getting flu-like symptoms in January. And it slowly progressed into not having vertigo anymore but a plethora of other symptoms.

The main one being heavy, swollen head pressure that makes me feel lightheaded when I stand up or move too fast.

I like to think the ear infection is a symptom and not the actual diagnosis.

But what else could it be? Neck related? Infection from somewhere else?
