I'm 46,peri. Yes I think it's from anxiety. No I haven't lost weight, I mostly have anxiety, palps, but I take motherwort tincture and that has stopped most of my palps. Then this air hunger, it's the worst. It usually comes and goes, but now its been around awhile.I hope it goes soon. I get sad a lot right before period, want to cry over everything. Periods are still regular.

Hi - i get this too. Seems to be worse at certain times of the month. I'm keeping a symptom diary to track all these things so I can see a pattern.I am 46 and peri. I have palps, anxiety, shaking, internal tremor. And I'm losing weight. Have no appetite. I've just had a consultation with a nutritionist who said that blood sugar rising and falling and insulin plays a big part in regulating our hormones. So I'm making a concious effort to eat more mindfully. I've cut out gluten and it's made a big difference to my digestion (I've got a hiatus hernia). I had my first normal stool for 3 months (TMI sorry)!

She's also given me lots of supplments. A good quality magnesium glycinate is meant to be excellent for anxiety and palps. I've not long started them so can't comment yet.

Sorry you're going through this. Hugs xx
