i appreciate all of your posts...Glad to know I'm not alone! Anyone else experiencing shortness of breath or asthma symptoms?

    Hi, Yes I've had shortness of breath a few times the last time was yesterday and I could feel myself starting to panic thinking something serious was wrong, today its gone so I'm thinking it must be hormones or anxiety associated with peri but its yet another symptom to add to my list ☹️ loud snoring which wakes me up is another and terrible bloating, I look like I'm pregnant all the time. I'm 53 in 3 weeks and have missed 2 periods.

      Hang in there, and thanks for your reply! I am 55, and have been irregular for 4 years. I finally thought I was done in September, but...nope! Symptoms just seem to be getting stronger. trying to keep positive mental attitude and realize it will pass.

    yes. consistently for the past few months. Its awful!!
