im a 22 year old male and im not in the greatest shape, but a week ago i started feeling a little pain under my right rib cage. then a few days later it went to all around the stomach its not a crazy pain. its dull. just yesterday after i ate my meal i had the worse acid reflux i have ever had. i did have acid reflux problems as a child but dont recall having a pain all over stomach. any ideas what lt could be
