Should I be concerned about this?

I'm new to this forum, but today I ate some instant ramen and was a bit in a rush to eat them since I wanted to be at work on time, but I forgot to chew on one of the ramen noodles properly and I swallowed it. I'm really worried if I might end up choking. I did drink some water that went down just fine and yesterday I have been in this similar situation before where I thought I was choking on one of my foods I ate two days ago and they examined me while asking questions and did an x-ray test as well and didn't find anything. I told them I do have generalized anxiety disorder and they told me that's probably mostly the case when they said I felt like I couldn't breathe and my throat felt really tight. I don't want to really go back again and keep disturbing their time with nothing threatening going on. Is this mostly my anxiety playing tricks on me?

it’s 100% your anxiety playing tricks on you! The people that might choke on food are the ones that eat too fast and rush and don’t chew thoroughly. if you’re eating slowly and taking normal amounts of food, you’re going to be just fine. Enjoy your food!
