Should I be concerned, even after a CT scan?

I'm a young female and have been experiencing the following symptoms for about 2 months:

- earache

- headache

- hearing loss / ringing in ear

- dizziness

- nasal congestion

- nosebleeds

I recently had a CT scan of my head which came back clear. They said to go back for a neck scan if symptoms continued. I didn't have a lump/swelling at that point, but one appeared about 10 days ago and it hasn't gone down at all.

I don't know if I'm overreacting but something definitely isn't right.

No. I have an appointment in a months time at my local hospital's outpatient clinic but I don't want to wait until then if it may be something serious. The symptoms are debilitating but I don't want it to seem like I'm overreacting.??

A lump of lymph node in the neck can impinge on the nerve causing your symptoms ... neck scan should tell something.

Today I looked at the inside of my mouth and my throat and both sides of the roof of my mouth/top of my throat are a dark red - though it mainly seems to be the right side. The right side looks swollen too. I don't know if that means anything?
