Should I be okay?

I'm really worried now if my daughter might have to go to the ER now, but she takes about an hour or 2 to eat ramen noodles, I'm not sure why, she just has always been a slower eater, but by the time she finished, the noodles were getting a bit cold and now I'm really worried if she might end up getting food poisoning from taking so long to eat her meal. I'm not sure what I should do. I called the food poison control and they said I shouldn't worry about it too much. Should I just trust them?

was it just the noodles she was eating? There really would be no reason for them to have food poisoning.

with food poisoning there’s already a bacteria in the food even before you eat it. so you would get sick from that.

it does not occur because something is left out for a couple of hours.

She had the noodles that was covered in the sauce. She likes some juice on them, than eating them dry. But she seems to be doing fine though after eating the noodles for about a good 30 minutes now and hasn't really showed any symptoms like vomiting or anything that would seem like a sign of food poisoning.
