Should I be walking on this foot?

Just got the results of my MRI. I've had 17 sessions of PT with no improvement. My next appointment is over 2 week's away. Should I be walking on this foot? Here r the results:

1) High grade tear of tibialis posterior tendon-2.5cm long beginning at the level of the medial malleolus .

2) Tenosynovitis of flexor hallucous.

3) partial tear of the anterior talofibular ligament.

4) 4cm long segment of longitudinal splitting of the peroneus brevis tendon beginning at the level of the distal fibula.

..............................

As a side note, on my other foot, my big toe is "bone on bone" with a large bone spur on top.

.....................

Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you speak to your therapist/specialist on the phone so you don't have to wait 2 weeks?

It all sounds pretty serious, is it painful to walk? The general approach with tendonitis seems to be to continue with gentle walking if there is not too much pain, but obviously that is quite subjective!
