Should I be worried

Hi, recently diagnosed with hemiplegic migraine but on googling my symptoms, I am very concerned about MS. I have tremors, twitches / ripples under my skin, dizziness, breathlessness, vision problems (floaters), severe weakness in limbs, headache, sore limbs. Am I just overthinking things or could this be MS. I have had an MRI but this was back in Feb and my symptoms have changed since. Thankyou x

Did your MRI show lessions? Beacuse My MRI reveled several tiny lessions on both of my frontol lobs. But my doctors are not that concerned beacuse they belive migraine can cause the lession as well. I went to nerologyist and he checked in my nerologycal signs and he sat back and told me that my body signs does not Mach the MRI so he kind of dismiss MS. But I'm still worrying about the findings beacuse dr Google says lessions = MS.
So I don't know whom to Believe.

No, my MRI was completely clear, however, my symptoms have changed some what. I never felt this weak before and the tremors and twitches are new. I think I am over-thinking my symptoms and this is perhaps exacerbating things (that's what I hope anyway!)

While none of us who come here can categorically give any answer to your concerns, happily the statistics are on your side. Certainly the symptoms you describe could be as a result of MS, but it's More likely that you're mind is racing and joining dots that are leading you to an answer that's wrong.
Because you're worried about these symptoms, I'd definitely urge you to keep a record of what's happening, it's always handy for medical appointments. Try to find something else to focus on, perhaps gentle exercise, or relaxation techniques might help. I know it's deeply troubling, when you're dealing with long term health issues, so I really sympathise with you about your worries. Take care.

Good advice Wendy - back at Neuro in roughly 10 weeks so think i'll start keeping a log of symptoms, times etc.
