hi i have this blotchy rash its quite itchy and the skin around it is sore to touch

It looks like some sort of insect bites. Could even be the beginnings of scabies. If its just a midge bite it will heal up in a week or so, but scabies will spread and break out on other parts of your body. Scabies is very itchy and you will need special body washes and maybe other medication. It also means a deep clean of bedding, carpets clothes. Usually scabies spreads to other people you are living with, so ask them if they are suffering similarly. If you have a close partner ask them as well. You all need treatment.
