Over the past couple years I've noticed a pain in my left chest region that extends to my shoulder that sometimes makes it harder to fall asleep. I smoked marijuana daily for about 7 years from age 14 to 21 and quit around 14 months ago. My mother died of lung cancer as well and so I'm afraid to leave these symptoms unchecked for too long. Should I get screened?
