Should I get tested for herpes?

Hello,

Could this be throat herpes or mono? It is hard to tell, but I have had these small circles in the back of my throat for a while now. I was diagnosed with strep throat more than two months ago (which I took antibiotics for), and though it is not as bad as it used to be, it still does not look normal to me! If it helps, I could have been exposed anywhere from three to one month ago, and aside from a sore throat, no other symptoms.
