Should I go on Accutane again?

I was on it when I was about 16 to help with me acne. It worked great and completely got rid of it. My acne is now coming back and I can’t seem to get rid of it. I’m on the tactu pump, which is working, but it’s causing my skin to be very dry.  Has anyone been on Accutane twice and can give me some information? I heard that the symptoms can be worse the next time. Also, are there any other ways I can get rid of my acne?
