Should I go see a doctor?

I noticed pain around my vaginal area last night but didn't think much of it. This morning it didn't go away so I checked and found that my left labia was a bit swollen, little bigger than pea size. I did 2 sitz baths without epsom salt or tea tree oil (as I live in Asia, where those things aren't so common). Now I've got milk-like fluid coming out, which I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the cyst or not? Would you recommend me to see a doctor since the cyst hasn't gotten too big?
