Should I go to hospital?

hello, so for the past few weeks lots of more symptoms have gotten much worse, the ear pain that i would get before has came back but much worse, and they feel so stuffed, ive been feeling like i have the flu fof the last 2 weeks, ny kidneys have been getting sudden sharp pains, and my bladder has also been really hurting, im waking up most morning feelings extremely unwell for the firdt few hours after waking up, then the rest of the day im either in pain from kdiney and bladder or just feel like s**t. this morning the bladder pain is 7/10 and i feel lime crying and curling up in a ball or eating sll my tramadol to make it go away. there is no doctors appointments here for two weeks and i missed mine the otheer day due to feeling so unwell i didnt want to move. my main concern is ive had a infection for a while thats now travelled around my body and it going to end up giving me sepsis before i get treatment as ive had all of these symptoms for a while but they getting worse and worse each week, i also waking feeling nauseas in my throat. i wanted to sdd for the last 5 yeeaes my alcohol consumtion has been extremely high, i drank bottles upon bottles of spirits, i know im only 24 and my kdiney are abke to cole with the drink but i hinestly think the alcohol could have dome more damage than people think because of the ammount ive drank. the only time i dont feel as bad as i do now is when im drunk which i dont like doing anymore
