i was Diagnosed with costochondritis about a year ago. I have a lot of pain, A lot of inflammation and sometimes I can’t breathe through my nose at times due to inflammation in chest wall.
i just wanna know if my symptoms are adding up to my diagnosis

i feel this too , its horrible so yes it must be a normal symptom. chest pain sore but not shooting or agony just muscular pain. i have really bad palpitations also. have been to the hospital so much as im convinced they are wrong but everything comes back clear
