Should I increase Estrogen

Hi ladies

I am on 2 pumps of gel a day and take 100mg of utrogestan for 14 days. The last week the buzzing and tingling sensation over my body has increased. Just can't rest. When I try and sleep my chest body etc is wired. Odd people have said to try more estrogen. I'm on holiday in Majorca and I really need this to go away xx

Hi Michelle, can't you call your gp or specialist secretary while you're away. I'm on 3 pumps a day and utrogestan for 7

days. But as we are all different and have medical histories you'd need to check with doctor. How long have you been on the gels ? X

Hi Michelle, sorry can't help with hormone advice but I'm coming to Majorca this afternoon if you need a hug!!

I'll be staying in the middle of the island for a week so only half an hour or so from any coastal resort.

Hope you find some relief soon xx

Hola Michellle! Landed couple of hours ago and had a lovely meal with hubby, he's been here 3 days already. Long story, that's my nickname with family! We are staying near Binnissalem, wine growing region 🍸🍸🍾. Half hour away. We have a car.

Family are staying in a hotel in Alcudia next 7 days, we will be seeing them a few times. If you fancy a little chat, sangria, coffee, PM me your hotel and when free and I''ll arrange to meet. You wear a carnation and I'll carry the Daily Mail?! xx

    Hi Michelle,

If your symptoms increased after you started the estrogen then it would be wised to decrease it because estrogen dominance is what causes a host of health issues.

    Michelle,

I had the same reaction on an estrogen patch.  IT"S HORRIBLE.  The only thing that made it go away was progesterone.  Now I am stopping the patch.

Hi Michelle. I'm sorry you're feeling worse while on holiday. I would do what you suggested, do 1 pump nightly for a week or so, & see how you feel. i thought you were taking 200mg utrogestan for 14days.....I hope you can try & enjoy your holiday, have a couple of glasses of wine in the evening, it will relax you & help you sleep! (p.s i only do this on a saturday unless i'm on holiday!!). Wouldn't it be lovely if you could meet Maisie while you are there!!!
