Should I persevere or drop back to 50mg?

I have been taking Sertline now for 9weeks 50mg for 6 weeks so this will be week 9 and for 3weeks on a dose of 100. After taking Sertline 10-15 minutes I get a throbbing pain on my right temple and a awful headache doesn't last long then disappears. And I seem ok But somedays I then later on through the day start to feel sick and days I get no appetite at all!!????. I don't know if the dose is to high for me or just to persevere? Has anyone else experienced this? Some feed back would be much appreciated.

    hi

i have to say sertraline made my life so much better, started on 50mg and now on 100mg for the last 6 weeks , 20 weeks in total, before sertraline to be blunt, i didn't want to be here. i still get the odd day neausea but a slice of toast sorts that out and also started on the probiotic drinks , was advised these helped a lot.

actimel for 1 but there are many others, i was told by someone who suffered for years with anxiety basicaly cured himself with probiotics,so maybe he was miss diagnosed, just goes to show, probiotics are thought to directly kill or inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, stopping them producing toxic substances that can make us ill.there is one called symprove, which  is apparently recognised by NHS however it is very expensive.

I would talk to your GP about it for sure
