Should I really be okay now after being checked out?

I just got checked out today by my ENT doctor when I had two swollen lymph nodes under my jaw for a week now, he look at my throat with a tongue blade and light and spotted what it was immediately and said I had a throat infection and prescribed me with antibiotics to take for a week and to see him two weeks from now, but I'm really worried if that throat infection was from the food that was possibly stuck in my throat and still could be, even though I can eat, drink and talk normally. I felt like I should of asked him to check to be sure, but could throat infection happen randomly as well? I'm just hoping there is nothing really stuck inside my throat that led to the throat infection. I have another appointment coming up soon to see him for a follow up, but my anxiety is making me worried now on the food being stuck, I do suffer from acid reflux too which gives me the sensation that something is there, even though there is not, which my ENT has diagnosed a few times before in the past and confirmed nothing is there. I'm just really hoping I will be okay now. Should I worry?

Thank you for the positivity and advices, I'm currently taking some antibiotics right now to treat my throat infection. It's so hard to deal with health anxiety sometimes giving you negative thoughts.
