My child got entangled in her seatbelt while I was driving and I managed to stop the car and unravel it. She has some red spots on her neck and she said she hears ringing! Other than that she is breathing fine. It has been a couple of hours since the incident and I'm getting worried. Is she going to be okay or should I take her to the hospital?
