I am 50 yrs old in perimenopause, recently had swollen feet and ankles on holiday, chatting with the doctor I also mentioned how fed up I am of my back and joints constantly hurting, plus other symptoms-he mentioned trying HRT but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced the joint and back pain and found relief from HRT?

i have been on HRT for 18 months and yes i found some relief from joint pain. it does appear still once in awhile but its way better than it was.
