Should I up my dose

I been on 50mgs of sertraline for 6months now but lately I been feeling nervous and a little anxiety for no reason. I been good this whole 6 months and now I feel my anxiety creeping back. Should I up to 75mg?

    Hi Sean, I would say yes, my doc jumped me from 50 to 100 at week 4 and it made all the difference, so 75 not going to hurt, hope this helps, feel better

    You may need a little extra help and an extra 75mg may take the edge of things for you. I've just gone up to 75mg. It's still lower than the normal dose, so you could always give it a go. The doc may say you won't experience side effects, but I have had a few. So don't be surprised if they come back for a little bit.
