Should this be a concern? Pictures included

I’m 18 (19 in 2 weeks) and sexually active. Although I’ve also started going to spin class recently and I’ve suddenly had an outbreak of vaginal pain and inflammation because I don’t think I was riding my bike incorrectly. Although, I’m not sure of the whereabouts of all of my sexual partners as well and fear that this pain may not just be from spin and could have been something sexually transmitted. Yet, I only began noticing this pain after starting spin class and my last sexual encounter was only accouple of days before that. I also noticed a strange group of canker like sores that appeared approximately two days after the vaginal pain. This may be from stress, or also a sexually transmitted thing. Do I potentially have herpes or something?

Is that how it started or it looked different few days ago?

The redness behind your labia appear to be skin infection but i see some blisters away which may be herpes.

Do blood test better and avoid scratching the blisters.

I hope it is only skin bacterial infection. May be you are sweating so much downthere. Or may be you had rough oral sex hurting your labia. Take shower regularly and keep your vagina dry as much as possible.

Thank you! And I realized the bumps are actually ingrown hairs. Whoops. So is it probably just a skin infection? I’m still going to get tested either way, just because I’m in need of a check up though
