Shoulder and SC joint pain (please help)

1 year ago i had an injury around my right shoulder. I did an exercise which is apparently super bad for your shoulders (neck pulldown). I regret it so much, but nothing to do about it.

I've had an X-ray around my shoulder, because thats where the pain was in the beginning. They found nothing. Later on i had a ultrasound scan around my shoulder and SC joint. I was told that there was a bit fluid, but not much to worry about.

The injury has made it possible for my SC joint to pop out when i press my shoulderblade back, and it has also given me a small bump on the shoulder.

What should i do? I've been at physiotherapist. He said that there is a bump on the SC joint, but my arm is functioning well. My shoulder makes a lot of painless popping sounds, and they give a lot of relief. I try not to force the pop.

What should i do? If you have questions, please ask.

Let me say that the pain is bearable..

It's not really pain, but a lot of discomfort. Like, i just feel discomfort and numb around the area..

Perhaps a visit to a sports medicine doctor for evaluation?  Good luck!!
