Shoulder bursitis

Hi there I am so sorry to hear that

I have an ultrasound it’s showed shoulder bursitis from 3 months I took rest ice it’ wasn’t helping doctor tried cortisone in the bursa but not feeling better even it’s feeling more stuck feeling in arm like feel heavy arm but I try physio exercise it’s feel bit better but not going away completely still have pain

    usually heat has a more positive effect on bursitis than does cold. maybe ultrasound would help.

      Thanks so much for comment I try everything heat physio ice even cortisone injection and full rest as well from 2 months I have light pain that irritated me sometimes less sometimes more I don’t know what is that I have no sharp pain just kind of stiffness and sometimes light pain anyone help me with that??
