Shoulder fusion and scapular issues

hello all, i am hoping someone might be able to help. I had my shoulder fused 2 years ago because of multiple failed rotator cuff repairs and subsequent deltoid paralysis. it really sucked and I lost a lot of function, but it had to be done to ease the pain. since the surgery I have had some painful scapular issues. lots of snapping and shifting of it. the pain has become unbearable again. I'm just wanting to see if anyone has had any experience with shoulder fusions and if so did you have scapular issues? any info would be greatly appreciated.
