Shoulder impairment

im off work with shoulder impairment awaitng operation as injections or physio not workingWhat id like to know who can one claim compensation from as a self employed painter/decorator

    saw the post. first question is who are you to sue. being a self employed trades person.

    .

    was it an actual work place injury. like with me i do a lot of over head work. the body makes its own bone spurs on the shoulder joint. its a natural occurring thing.

    you can sue anyone you like. as long as they accept liability for your injury. and their insurance accepts your claim for negligence on your behalf.

    also time line of the injury. was it an injury in the first place and do you have evidence of how it happened ( factual proof ). or is it just wear and tear as we get older !!.

    i had to pay and go to a medical - legal specialist consultant to verify the injury was related to the accident. who's report will stand up in a court of law. and a legal team willing to take the case on.
