Shoulder issues 1 year after bankart repair/capsular shift

hi everyone ,

i had a shoulder surgery on my left shoulder about 1 year ago .

i made a video while doing some pullups and noticed my left shoulder is positioned much lower then my right one for some reason .

i also feel a grinding sensation when externaly rotating overhead (like the top position of a pullup ).

doin deadhangs do also hurt after about 15 seconds and i cant do a pullup from a deadhang.

i made some screenshots so if anyone would have an idea whats causing this .
