Shoulder MRT

Hello, I am 18 years old and have been doing weight training for about 2 years. About 3 months ago after doing heavy bench presses, I had pain near the upper right pectoral muscle that extended to my elbow and partly my wrist. I've been to an orthopedist and a physical therapist and they both told me it wasn't anything serious and that I should just take a break for a few weeks. After about 2 weeks I started again and everything was going fine until about 1 week ago. I woke up and my right shoulder hurt and made a lot of noise when moving. On Friday I had an MRI and the radiologist told me that I had an intratendicular tear of the suprascapularis tendon at the insertion with subluxation of the adjacent long biceps tendon and tendinopathy of the tendon without a tear.

Unfortunately, my next orthopedic appointment is only in about 3 weeks and I don't know what to do until then. Any tips or exercises would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!
