Hi i have this shoulder and neck pain caused from a exercise a year plus ago. Since then i will have neck/shoulder pain that leads to headacheif i over-use my muscles. A month ago, it worsen after a massage, now it seems to trigger more easily.
So what do i do?
Should I rest for months? or should i work-out and specifically strengthen those neck and shoulder muscles because they are too weak?
