Shoulder pain

I woke up last two nights when I would roll over on my left shoulder. I was in tears. I went to work today and almost could not reach things. I went to urgent Care where they found a possible cyst or tumor the size of my thumb 9mm across 11mm deep and 31 mm long......I lost it.....broke down and cried. I have Raynaud's, HASHIMOTO, and Sjorgren's.....and have had breast cancer, ovarian tumor...non cancerous, upper right quadren of right lung has mass 7mm×7.55mm we are watching and nodes in my thryroid we are watching.....they said by x-ray it's either a cyst or tumor....I am getting in to see oncology tomorrow if they can ....I am exhausted....when they asked about nights sweats I said no but later realized I do lightly....I also have foggy brain....I seem to not be keeping up as I was. Omgoodness, could this please be nothing. Major this freaking time
