OK im a plasterer and a couple of years ago i had an opperation on my elbow and now the problem has gone to my shoulder which is going up my neck into my head its dragging me down big time my arm feels tight and when trying to hammer a nail in it feels like my shoulder is vibrating and loose if im trying to do something like writing or filling with a small tool my arm has the shakes as the nervs aint right

I would rest and don't do anything that aggravates it and go see an orthopedic specialists as soon as possible

I know what you mean about sitting around. I have a 3,6 and 9 year old, I can't play with them, I can barely cook for them, I can't to laundry or clean. I can't take care of my family and that is what my life is....was. Now I sit around and feel sad.
You should get to the doctor as soon as possible. Get an MRI.
I'm sorry you are going through this, I know it's really hard on the mind.
