Shoulder pain

2 years ago i injured my shoulder lifting...xrays.MRI'S..orthopiodic..All found nothing..it was labled tendonitus..but the physical thearpy belived it was a bicep tendoned...it never heals pain woke me every night...and 4 months ago reaching for something a sharp pain is felt and hasent gone away...In the exact same spot as before but now the pain in much worse..reaching for anything and certian movements cause sever pain....The worst pain came when i stood up on something,arm by my side..the pain was terriable the whole arm felt numb..the weight of my body caused the pain not using the arm......3 rounds on anti inflamatorys nothing has changed...while i still has use of the arm i can stil lift items..reaching,throwing or leaning on it while sleeping...all bring pain..the arm by my side feels sore all day long....could an MRI missed somthing...could it be a tear in an odd spot...4 months and the pain is still teriable..any ideas

    hello,

    I am sorry for your pain. you might try getting another mri , and seeing another dr. research drs who work on the shoulder. im getting my shoulder done next week
