Shoulder pain when I workout

I've never had this issue before but I don't know how to pinpoint what the issue is and I have no doctor. It happened a week or two ago after heavy bicep curls where I likely had incorrect form at some point, and the pain never went away. It took a week or so. It was dull, and seemed to be in the top or even front of my shoulder. It subsided so I figured I'd get to working out again. I did the same exercises but felt nothing, yesterday. But now today trying to shoulder presses and such, there's a not so muscular pain in my left shoulder again. I typically sleep on that side, and I lean on it in bed too. I don't know what to do or what it is. Thanks in advance for at least reading all that

My guess is and I am no expert you could have a rotator cuff tear. This will only get worse if not treated in my experience. See your doc for treatment and stop lifting until healed or could risk more damage to the joint. Treatment early can prevent life long shoulder issues.

    Good Luck

It honestly doesn't seem like a rotator cuff, from what I've read. But I can't be sure. Maybe it is but something doesn't feel right about that ya know? And I don't have a doctor to go see right now is a problem
