Shoulder surgery X 2 and ongoing pain!

Hi everyone I’m new here.  So a bit of back ground about my injury.  13 months ago I tore the biceps tendon off the bone lifting heavy boxes at work.  Had surgery to re-attach the tendon in Feb 2017, subachromial decompression, part of the clavicle shaved off and removal of the AC joint (Surgeon removed AC joint for no apparent reason to this day I still have no answer as to why).  Recovery was horrendous, constant pain and frustration.  Then 6 months post op I had the left shoulder done also (chose a new surgeon as didn’t want any other body parts removed without my consent!) Left was removal of calcification deposits, removal of the Bursa and a clean up done.  I have developed frozen shoulder (Capsulitis) in both shoulders post op so recovery has been awful for both.  My question is this, how long is recovery really?! I feel like I’m going insane with the pain, it’s constant aching, popping, burning down both arms, I still cannot put either arm up over my head or behind my back to dress myself, I can’t sleep on either shoulder, I cannot hang washing out or do most daily activities still, 12 months and 6 months post op! Any opinions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  The depression is in full swing also.  Thank you!

WOW! I'm so sorry to hear that! Since it happened at work, did you apply for WC, and seek a WC attorney? You should have an attorney to handle that for you! You've been going through so much, and I pray you can get some results going in your favor! You also need to stay on the doctor too! You have every right to know what's going on! I had a right rotator cuff and bicep surgery in Aug. of last year, and I was assaulted by a student at work. 2 months after my surgery, my neck started hurting, and as time went on it's gotten worse! I've been now dealing with neck pain, shoulder and bicep pain too, and hardly sleeping! I'm still trying to get a MRI of my neck, but I'm just getting the run around! I won't give up, and will keep fighting for what is RIGHT!! Maybe someone else will see your post, and give you more advice that might work out for your situation! I will keep you in my prayers too!
