I have tendinitis on my sholder. what´s the good supplements and cream?

    I have been suffering from bicep tendonitis for a year now, with my work being manual based its hard to find a good cream over the counter. CBD oil is good but i have been having course of acupunture and low laser treatment which if i was not doing my job would have good results and probably cleared by now.
