Shoulder Winged Scapula [Alot of pictures]

Hello, so I've been training for over a year and a half now, I started working out when I was 15 and now im 17, took a 6 month break in-between the 2 years though so only year and a half working out, and I've had shoulder pain at the beginning months of my training, Im 1,71cm tall and 64kg (convert it into pounds if u dontk now) but the pain went away, my left shoulder was cracking/popping alot when i was doing certain exercises like Laterl raises and Bench press, now I can do lateral raises after a year with no pain but it still cracks aka pops, but about bench, it sometimes feels like its gonna rip off my body.

Though this is off topic, I need to tell the history soomeone can understand what's wrong.

On my right side of my body, everything is fine, starting from head to toe, no pain nothing, on my left side of my body, everything is un-balanced, when I do cable rows for my back my shoulder hurts i dont know why, i cannot properly contract my left side of my back, on the right side i can really feel it squeezing, the left is like literally dead.

i do certain exercises to correct this imbalance/winged scapula, but haven't really noticed any change, been doing for a month i'd say somewhere between that.

When I retract/squeeze my left lat/back side, the back feels like it grinds through the ribcage and falls into place, when it's loose i feel nothing, no pain no anything.

Below are screenshots of my poses that actually show it's imbalanced, not just the back/scapula but the whole side in some pictures, there are some old pictures a year ago, and there are recent ones.

It also involves my X-Ray about my Back, and both Shoulders.

I hope someone who knows something about this can help me out, I'd really appreciate it, im young but I still try to train with safety and take cautions, thank you. Waiting for any reply.

(sorry for the low quality in some photos, turn on your brightness to see them well, and for the unorganized photos.

this is an album with like 15-20 photos, take a look closely and comment.)

Have discussed this with you parents? If not, inform them. Go to your doctor, school PE teacher or coach for advice as you are a minor.
