ok so does anyone know what this is? please let me know asap. helpful answers only. I think it may be a mild case of herpes. it doesnt hurt on touch. but the other day i noticed a little discharge from penis.. it has not whit heads doesnt hurt when i urinate or anything. but j been feeling a little nausea time to time

    if u have discharge u could have chlamydia or gono or could be the start of uti u should go get tested for all stds get the spots looked at whilst u are there if they think herpes they will also swab or blood test for that alot of things can cause spots such as yeast etc so it could not be herpes but id say better to be on the safe side
