Shredded good for ibs

i have had ibs for over 20 years and have come to realize that one of the biggest culprits is wheat . pasta, bread, shredded wheat, all bran, cous cous. they all make me very ill yet i can eat kellogs shreddies all day long with no symptoms in fact it helps my ibs. anyone out there know why.?

    All those other products will most probably have gluten in them.. Have you checked the large black print in the 'ingredients' section on back of the kellogs shreddies pack...

    Your best bet would be to call customer relations at Kellog's.

    apparently shreddies have gluten in them but they are made with malted wheat so maybe that changes its effects somehow

    Maybe malted wheat suits you better because is easier to digest . In any case, it doesn't matter because you have found a type of wheat that doesn't cause you problems.
