Shrivelled away … anything other than age and non use ?

ok, sorry, yet another old man with a concern. I'm 72, happily married but no sex for many years. I'm quite content and used to masturbate occasionaly but now I only get a tiny erection, very little ejaculent and almost non existant 'pleasure' as I say I can live with this but some tv pundit's just announced he's fathered a new child at 70. No way could I manage that. So ... to the point ... I have no pain and little discomfort in the penis/scrotum area but sometimes worry that there might be an underlying health condition. I'm happy to go to my gp ... (though that might be difficult). Is it just age, I drink a bit too much, don't smoke, walk for some exercise and am generally very fit. Anyone any advice please ?

Try a testosterone test. Also urologists recommend Tadalafil 5mg daily and a penis pump, both to promote erections and thus blood supply to all the penile tissue. This helps prevent size loss in old age, mainly due to the reduced natural erections especially at night.

Low T is quite common in ageing men. Most put it down to old age but its worth getting a test. Like HRT for women the results can be very good, with multiple long term health benefits.
