Sorry to hear that you have been having a rough time with SIBO. Have you been prescribed rifaximin? I would also consider taking probiotic supplements to help. You may need to change up what your eating as well and eat light. An example of that is for me I eat oatmeal for my breakfast with water, yogurt as a snack for lunch and steamed veggies for my dinner everyday with ginger tea. Changing up the way you eat for a while may help and ease your symptoms some. Other things you can eat with SIBO to manage it are:

Foods to enjoy during phase 1:

    Wild-caught tuna and salmon

    Grass-fed beef and lamb

    Free-range poultry and eggs

    Raw hard cheeses

    Almond or coconut milk

    Leafy greens

    Squash

    Carrots

    Cucumbers

    Tomatoes

    Bananas

    Blueberries

    Grapes

    Cantaloupe and honeydew melons

    Pineapple

    Strawberries

    Quinoa

    Sprouted nut butters

I hope that helps give you an idea of what you can try to help manage it.

I don't know. I think it is considering you have to take antibiotics to clear up the issue with it. It doesn't sound like something long term like GERD/ Acid Reflux. Right now you should just focus on getting better and changing up what you eat for a while, I'd say give it a week or two of eating like that and slowly start to eat other things to see if they bother you.
